When You’re Holding It All Together
—But It’s Breaking You Apart
You’re no stranger to juggling a thousand things
Deadlines, meetings, family needs, and the never-ending to-do list… some days, you’re amazed you’re keeping it together. But underneath the calm exterior, you’re running on empty.
At work, you’re second-guessing your impact — your confidence wavers under the constant pressure to perform. At home, you’re spread thin — trying to help everyone but yourself. Your whole life feels as if you’re pulled in every direction and as if you’re not doing a good job at anything.
And sometimes life can feel even heavier: caring for a newborn or young kids who never stop needing you, navigating a divorce while trying to hold everything else steady, or dealing with an impossible boss or family member whose constant criticism chips away at your sense of worth.
You’re tired of always pushing through, of feeling like you’re falling short no matter how hard you work. Somewhere along the way, you’ve lost sight of who you truly are outside of all these roles. It’s exhausting. And it can feel like no one really sees the weight you’re carrying.
But here’s the thing—if you don’t address this, it doesn’t just go away.
The burnout deepens. The feeling that you’re not good enough—at work, at home, or as a person—keeps gnawing at you.
Relationships suffer when you’re stuck in survival mode. Opportunities for growth or joy slip by because you’re too tired to grab them. And that quiet voice inside, the one that knows you’re meant for more than this constant hustle, stays buried under the noise.
You deserve more than surviving. You deserve to thrive.
This is where coaching can be life-changing
I’ve been where you are and I can help get you out. With me in your corner, I’ll help you cut through the noise and reconnect with who you are at your core. Together, we’ll build clarity about what truly matters to you—so you can lead with confidence and feel whole in every part of your life.
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, coaching is about moving forward—creating possibilities for your life, taking action, and embracing a life that feels like yours again. And because I’ve walked this path myself—balancing ambition, motherhood, relationships, and self-worth—I promise you’ll feel understood and have a sense of relief in our very first meeting .
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s bring you back to a place where you feel calm, clear, and alive.
Hi, I’m Tamara Helm. I’ve spent three decades navigating the pressures of leadership and family life—both as a high-achieving marketing executive and as a single mom raising two daughters who are now in college. I know what it’s like to feel the weight of perfectionism, the constant striving to prove yourself, and the nagging fear that you’re falling short.
Professionally, I’ve built and led teams, run my own agency, and designed events that inspired thousands. But I was always searching for purpose—pushing myself so hard that I ran straight into burnout and eventually hit a wall.
My personal journey has included everything from executive roles to spiritual deep dives, postpartum depression to divorce, tons of therapy, and even psychedelic healing work. All of it has taught me that true success isn’t about being everything to everyone—it’s about feeling fully alive in your own skin.
Today, I’m a coach for women like you: high-achievers who want to quiet the noise and reconnect with what matters most—at work and at home. My coaching blends real-world experience, deep listening, and a clear, grounded approach. When you run up against a challenge, I’m the steady presence in your corner—someone who can help you see a new path forward.
Let’s create a life that works for you, not against you.
